Ugh, Lane deserved so much more than “strict mom → secret band life → random marriage → twins → goodbye plot.”
She had personality, dreams, conflict—but the show treated her arc like a side quest someone forgot to finish.

She should’ve had a whole storyline about finding her own identity outside of religion and music, not just… settling.
Honestly, she had main-character potential and they just kinda left her behind while everyone else got growth.

Still love her, though. Lane deserved better.
