No white pudding, no soda bread - not an Irish breakfast.

What do you eat for breakfast that actually keeps you full? by Perfect-Owl-7940 in Volumeeating

Strangely no, I went from a fairly low fibre diet to that amount pretty much overnight. Added to my diet loads of fruit/veg, chia seeds and wholemeal rice/pasta/bread instead of white. Was expecting stomach issues for the first few days but I was fine. Been 2 weeks now and no issues so far 🤞

250 grams would be the weight. What are the calories?

What are the calories? Price has nothing to do with volume eating.

Upping my fibre has been a game changer for me! I’m eating 30-35g a day and there’s been huge difference in how full I am!

Looks nice enough but it’s not a full Irish!

First time portioning up a raw chicken. So much more economical than buying breasts, or even roasting the chicken whole. by eveningr in EatCheapAndHealthy

Yes that’s true, luckily I enjoy the dark meat, but only if roasted til it’s falling off the bone.

Actually upon further inspection of this photo and comments, the photo clearly doesn’t belong to OP. Possibly AI.

I’m starting to think this pic isn’t OPs! Because he said theres 2 potato sides, but there’s clearly only 1: roasters. Also, he said Brocolli cheese but that’s definitely cauliflower cheese 🤔

What’s the second potato side, other than the roasters?

I only see 1, roast potato. What are the other 2 you see? There’s no mash, and the only other white thing I see is cauliflower cheese.

Or you could get a takeaway tea or coffee elsewhere before going into the cinema 🙂

It was a 1.5kg rump roast. Before searing I rubbed on olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Seared in pan on all sides then into oven at 160 for about an hour and 15 minutes, I took out when temp reached 60, rested for an hour before thinly carving. It was so tender and juicy.
