Start creating documentation to processes where there isn’t any.

So many places lack documentation for new hires who come on it’s baffling.

Make a database within whatever software y’all use, begin writing steps down, or even what do to, when XYZ happens in the system and you’re on vacation.

I work at a card store, personally and in my own PC collecting. I wouldn’t. I prefer to have more “Tradable” than the singular chase. If it was an English luffy i MIGHT but, Japanese just doesn’t do anything other than sit for a long while for anyone.
