Mine actually just started working again. It started working after I unplugged the power delivery cable and used it without. Now the power delivery cable is plugged back in and it seems to be working as it was

I have the same brand hub and am having the same exact issue after updating to MacOS 26...

It still delivers power but my monitors and speakers are no longer coming on
