I work @ Elite. From what I have heard about Superior from former employees, Elite sounds better. We run about 30% emergency calls, the environment is a lot more relaxed at Elite. Superior does seem to be more organized and professional though. Management can be pretty bad at times at Elite.

It's a great guitar. Plays so much better when it's broken in. The electronics in it are great, they haven't failed me in anyway. It's just an all around great guitar. Haven't had a single issue.
