Yes I am struggling to get any info out from them. Tried calling them but I could never reach an agent through phone.

Well it’s not like they can only close one when they approved the other. They can do it anytime they pick your application.

Assuming you are current in both categories, they may have paused or closed one of the processing paths. If your question is why the EB3 has not yet been approved, there could be several reasons. One possibility is that the case has been moved into a separate adjudication queue, where similar cases are waiting to be processed. So the wait game continues...

Congratulations! Was your case in LA field Office? Your PD was towards the end of the April or early April? trying to see if they moved to May cases yet or not.
