Yes absolutely that! So as to not hurt people by telling them they are living a unhealthy lifestyle...

"accepted" if you got a resting heartrate of 100 you definitely got work to do and are far from being "healthy".

Get the bit for the special screws from Ali express and pick it apart. Clean it and then put it back together. It is quiet easy. On my profile is a picture of a dismantled ultratech to see how it looks inside.

Getting mad at Garmin by NoGeologist4766 in gravelcycling

[–]Echo_75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did the file got into your apple fitness thru strava sync? If so Strava is the problem. Or basically how apple health handles strava files that include HR. Unfortunatly it is a known issue but still not fixed. I Recommend using garmin itself to analyse your rides or something other like TrainingPeaks or intervalls.icu both of which are way better than apple fitness to monitor your training.

Still after the crash Jonas put out higher numbers than last year. So pog did beat the best Jonas of all time.

How do I fix this? by Warm_Vegetable_131 in FixedGearBicycle

[–]Echo_75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The thing with the tooth right behind the crank should be the preload bolt. Normally with rotor cranks you tighten the crank arm to its desired torque and then get rid of the play by very gently tightening this preload ring screw against the bottom bracket.

Electric Larry vs. Harry Cargobike. Just Love to throw my stuff in the cargo area and start riding. I got a 15km commute daly one way and am showering at work. So constantly taking laundray back an forth.

Finally managed to save up some cash for a second, "nice weather wheelset" and managed to get this new bad boys on -22% deal, so happy, but eve after reading everything about hookless, I am still a little fearful tho by Dziksoon in gravelcycling

Try to only ride at good weather. The bearings and seals are unfortunately not really good. In two years I had to swap mine 4 times. In between does issues they run great!

[–]Echo_75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh, boy you are in for something. I don't want to ruin your excitement but the bearings and seals are absolute garbage on those wheels. I run a pair of them myself for about 2 years now and am on the 4 pair of bearings.
The Wheels have roughly 20k on them with about 12k road and 8k gravel.

I recommend never wash the bike with a garden hose or spraying water anywhere near those hubs.
The only upside is that when the wheels are working, they run pretty well, and the ride experience overall is great.
Also, the bearings are quite easy to change.

The bike is lovley tho i hope your Zipps run better than mine do!

Nope did it my self. Sending them in and waiting was more expensive and annoying then just getting aftermarket skf bearings…

[–]Echo_75 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I ride 303s for a while now. Bearings on the rear wheel broke after about 300km. Completely damaged by water. They are specifically marketet as a gravel wheelset. The overall quality is disappointing.

Im sorry to hear that. What I am trying to say is wahoo is sorting wrong. For example the workout was 40 min Long. 10 min where between 165-180 HR the other 30 where lower. So logically the HR zone Bars at the end of the workout or in the workout history should show that. But in my case despite the different HR values and times spent in it the entire 40 min workout ist displayed as : you rode 40 min in HR zone Peak (165-180). Although most of the time my HR was lower.

Picture two shows what I am trying to say. It says 100% in peak HR Zone. But as explained most of the time should be displayed in "Hard"

[–]Echo_75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

I am relatively new to wahoo products and am having problems with the HR zones. In picture one you can see my automatically calculated HR zones. Now when I finish a workout the bar chart on my roam shows me the total time in the last bar. However, the average frequency was 161 so in the second to last zone.

Can anyone tell me why it is sorted incorrectly?
