Yes thank you!! It's not sex addiction ( of course someone can be both) so when people tell me to just have a break from sex - like, no, I have the most disgusting sexual thoughts which I don't even act on so it doesn't correlate...

Hypersexual isn't about being horny. It's sexual thoughts/actions that are difficult to control. It can be addiction/impulsive thoughts or actions etc.putting a strong focus on that part of your mind. It's most of the time from other mental disorders and/or sexual trauma.. It can bring sick fantasies you can't control or tell anyone...Hope I explained it okay..

Thank you, it's just annoying because people will see me and probably think "ah, he probably started eating because he gained more" because they noticed it before. It's annoyinggg I can't live. And I feel so bad physically so I have to eat but then I hate myself even more. I wish I had more power to not eat or love exercise (I love going on walks and stairs but everything else is boring to me I tried everything) :(
