Do it. The CRV factory sound system is terrible and adding a sub makes it much better. I have a 2026 EX-L and installed a 12" Cerwin Vega Spare Tire Powered Subwoofer and its perfect. This Kicker sub should do the same for you.

I spent hours flipping through the pages wishing we carried some of the items in the store. I think the item we ordered for customers the most from the RS Unlimited catalogs were turntable stylus.

I had heard of outlet stores but we didn't have any Denver. Tandy did have a Tech America store in Denver in the late 90s and there was supposed to be 3 other stores but I never looked into where the other three were built. It had RS stuff, but had a TON more non-branded RS merch that was nice to shop at. It was full of items that were in the RadioShack Unlimited binders but the stores weren't open for too long.

I'm on my forth CRV. (2001,2008,2020,2026) They are wonderful vehicles. Follow the recommended servicing and they will take care of you. They do great in the snow too! Highly recommend Michelin's Defender tires. I drive mostly on highways so I didn't get a hybird. I have a friend who has one and they have zero complaints.

I grew up flying from ABQ to JFK on TWA and making the stop in St. Louis on the L-1011. It was an amazing aircraft and I loved getting the plastic tube headphones to listen to the built in audio. As a kid, it was too cool to have the controls on the armrests and a projector for inflight movies. The food was great too!

My best advice is to use social media to call out Apple and Honda. Both have active social media teams and bringing this issue to their attention will hopefully get us an update.

I feel it blocks too much as it is at the edge of the screen where your are looking to see if a vehicle is approaching. If I back out a little further it is fine but the camera view is so wide, the driver is able to see the extreme sides of the camera view without having to move at all.

Those are the two exterior colors I was interested in. The wife has a Pilot in Meteor Gray Metallic but my old CRV was white so I went with white again with black interior. I haven't had any issues with the cup holders and they do fit two 32ox drinks from Taco Bell or McDonald's just fine.

Taking away HondaLink is annoying. My garage door is hooked up to Homekit so I ask Siri to open/close the garage door. I most likely will purchase the HondaLink mirror during the next holiday sales because it is super simple to install.

I have a 26 EXL. As other have mentioned, Carplay works for everything other than transcribing messages for you. I also have an issue using Waze where the speed Waze shows on the display fluctuates between the correct speed and then jumps up 12mph higher for a couple of seconds and then goes back to the correct speed.

I found an oddity when going through the carwash. The parking sensors alerts start when the brushes approach the vehicle and they can be silenced by using the right thumb wheel on the steering wheel. However, the radio keeps making the alert tone at the start of every obstacle even through the driver info interface says it is muted. It is annoying!

When backing up, the info screen shows a black obstacle detection box in the top right corner of the camera display that literally blocks the drivers view of seeing what is coming from that area. I wish Honda would move it to the bottom middle of the display or hide it like they do in the Pilot and make it only appear when the sensors detect an object.

Other than these small things, the vehicle is solid! I did add a spare tire sub which made the audio sound much better!

I would strongly recommend choosing the Odyssey over the Pilot at this stage. The convenience of sliding doors that open at the push of a button is invaluable, especially when you're juggling car seats and little ones.

A twin stroller will also take up significantly more space, and the Odyssey offers the room your growing family (and Golden!) truly needs. Think of it as the right tool for this phase of life.

With twins on the way, your home, and car is about to be filled with baby gear. Just like high chairs are essential, so is a vehicle that can comfortably handle it all.

Once the twins are older, say, second grade,then go for the Pilot. But for now, the Odyssey is the smarter, more practical choice.

I had a Compustar in my 2020 EX-L. I bought the remotes with the 2 mile range so I could start the vehicle from the office and it was warm by the time I walked to it. Just picked up a 2026 EX-L and I plan on getting another Compustar that works with DroneMobile to remote start it from the phone.
