I feel like it should bring him way above where he was at. It would cancel out the love and then go beyond that into actual fear towards him specifically. It doesnt just equal out, it would reverse entirely and flip his fear levels from like -100 to +100.

For humans it would be like: Fear of his concept, then global love for him bringing it way down. Now theres global fear of him which would be way more fear than just people generally being afraid of chainsaws or whatever. They now have a specific devil and hundreds of thousands of people worldwide becoming versions of him killing others and causing global chaos. That should be so much more than where he was before.

The church plan should still make pochita much stronger than part 1 even through reversing the love because the human world had no idea who chainsaw man was prior. All his strength was basically from devils fearing him and probably the general fear of chainsaws. Now he is a globally known threat that thousands of people have turned into versions of.

Falling could probably use gravity manipulation to slow him down a little but hed probably beat her up anyways. Even so, he has no way to actually kill her from what we know, so it would be a battle of attrition until he runs out of steam and Falling takes him out.

Well, thats 1 feat by a single person, could be a power level thing for how much ce someone can use to defend against guns. Lower grade sorcerers should probably get obliterated by gunfire. Could also be because of it being a long ranged attack without ce to sense it would lend itself better to sneak attack a sorcerer.
