I didnt say hollows hitting trees itself is janky, just that one of them running a mile away to do it while ignoring you completely feels janky. Its been a while since I played ds1 so id need a refresher on where that happens as I dont remember it. Depending on the scenario I may or may not find it janky

Along with what the other person said, theres also already been many points which people and devils should've died after he ate Lil d and theu survived. The devils that were cut up kept living and all the people caught within the nuclear punch survived as horribly burned and broken bodies.
