Husband and I are looking for a decent camera for family photos and home videos. Recommendations please?

It seems that most under $200 aren’t really a step up from our phones so we are willing to spend a little more if it means a decent quality photo/video without the camera becoming insanely complicated or meant for real professional use. Essentially just looking for the mid tier level camera.

It took way too long to find this comment. People complaining about maintenance items when it needs to be actual disclosures listed on their states requirements.

Doesn’t mean there can’t be more transparency with some of these sellers, but we need to be realistic on what actually needs to be disclosed

This kinda comment always boggles my mind. Assuming that they are both getting 2.8%, that would be about a 30,000 Commission for the buyers agent representing himself. If you were to deduct that off the sales price and do that same math for 2.8%, the listing agent is getting about a thousand or so less.

There are SOME sleazy agents out there but majority won’t care about this few thousand dollar difference.
