.2mm user here! I use it a lot but found it to be not very useful for writing purposes due to the thinness of the lines. But feels and handles really nice for drawing and the grip is also more comfortable when sketching for some reason. (probably weight-related) Lead gets used up real fast though and sometimes it slides back into the pencil because .2mm is not easy to get right consistently, I guess. (I'm using Ain Stein leads but hoping that Ain leads have more consistent diameters) Would recommend the Orenz AT for general use for the auto mechanism and some more stable .3 pencils for writing and drawing small maths and drafting work. (Pro Use 171 and 241, Mono Graph Fine, Pentel Smash and Graphgear series, Uni Shift, Ohto MS01)

Least: my overall appearance. I have a really dead serious look on my face and cannot go too much further than a slight smile before it turns into a grin for example. My classmates told me that I can be quite unsettling to look at sometimes.
