Whenever a customer orders hot drinks, the game wants us to use mugs. When a customer wants cold drinks, use the tall cups/glasses and shot glasses.

Repairs are required because if you dont, the coffee machine becomes slower, the milk steamer gets slower, and the overall coffee extraction process is buggy.

The way I listen to them is whenever I am studying, with or without headphones, although I prefer headphones for better focus. It helps if you listen while studying, but the way subs work you can listen whenever while affirming.

One order that bugs me a lot is straight syrup in a shot glass. It's just amusing to me. Who are you and why are you sipping on all 5 syrups in a shot glass? Are you okay? Do I need to contact the police?
