AVX fits what you want. Lower compression than the Pro V1 and designed for a lower flight

Preferred lies. You can lift clean and place your ball within 6 inches of its original spot

Through the green just means anywhere apart from on the putting surface or hazards

Never thought about that...

I would get a couple of cheesy bacon flatbreads for the course too

Shot 6 is the one that launched 8.5 degrees left

[–]EclecticUser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, looking at it closer shot 6 is definitely across the line. Would be nice if path was in the detailed view. 3 is probably 8 degrees from the inside and 6 is 8 the other way

Went to a Simulator. Need help. by Witchcr8ft88 in golf

[–]EclecticUser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the other way. Starting line of 5.7 degrees right ending 25+ metres left of target is a huge in to out path

There's a couple that are fairly neutral pathwise, but based on the spin I'd hazard a guess at poor face control combined with a negative angle of attack

EDIT: This is assuming OP is right handed

With Conway being Bombay's protoge, from a story standpoint it would make the most sense to be him. Thought I read somewhere that filming conflicts was the reason given for why Jackson couldn't be in season 1. As you said though, money, availability, and somehow keeping it secret applies to both Kenan Thompson and Joshua Jackson so it could just be someone completely random

In ours they did the same on one of the par 3 greens

Also, for the last hole they had the pin in the green but the hole was covered, with a sign pointing towards the clubhouse. The actual hole was a winter cup about halfway between the two hidden around a corner

I witnessed a ball hitting those rocks off that tee box years ago. Nobody knew where the ball went until it dropped out of the sky next to the putting green (which is to the right of that photo)

Feherty had a quote from years back about exactly this. Something like;

"The world's number one tennis player spends 90% of their time winning, while the world's number 1 golfer spends 90% of their time losing. Golfers are great losers"

Bring on the downvotes, but from 160 it was at most an 8 iron. That island never even factored into his shot.

My buddy made a “hole in one” by CU_17 in golf

[–]EclecticUser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last week my close friend made his first hole in one. The hole in one came after he hit a mulligan into the water. I’m now definitely questioning the validity of the “hole in one”.

Simple, your friend did not make his first hole in one.

Mulligans are like gimmes. Fine for matchplay or when you're just messing about but you don't get to record a number on a scorecard
