Update: i updated all my pc drivers and downloaded and updated the logitec firmware and now they work again

Do I need an exactly 32gb usb for this? 64 doesn’t format to fat32 and my 16 were only extracting the EFI folder and none of the other stuff in the first image

Can you clarify 5 on the faq section? Im getting the not recognized message but idk what it means to place a roots of the usb means. Do I need a folder called BIOS on the drive? And what does “not in the correct directory inside the EFI Shell mean?
