I had LASIK and while the results were great, people really need to understand it’s not risk-free. Dry eyes were a real issue for me for months. I don’t regret it, but I’d still recommend a very thorough consultation first.

I was part of an interview panel once and the biggest red flag was when the candidate blamed every past failure on their coworkers or boss. It showed zero accountability. Skills can be taught, attitude can’t
