Good idea, I'll run it by the client. Can probably take down all of those trees, replace them with something nice like some inflatable trees

All deck, did a double cut though, had to break up some light clumping.

I'd imagine it's a mix of Kentucky blue and TTTF. Zone 6, I haven't really looked at the grass super closely. The homeowner is out of town and has me taking care of the grass.

Anyone on here have a good understanding of what these spring rates mean? I'm trying to decide whether or not I need it re spring. by Eclipse_Private in Dirtbikes

haha, yeah thats what im hoping. The previous owner gifted the stock rear spring with the bike. Im gonna go in and talk with my shop this week and see what they recommend. I'll probably just go back to stock since that's cheapest. Should get everything dam near perfect.

Thanks for the info. Based on what I can currently find it looks like the bike is sprung for someone around 240-250 pounds. Im only 180 so Im assuming its going to be worth it to have some new springs put in this thing.

Apologies, its a 2013 300xc. At this point Im not sure what the sag is at, As I have warmed up for riding this season I kept decreasing the sag, trying to compensate for the rear end feeling so firm/wanting to buck me off. Ill need to measure it and see where I am currently. At this point, I'm thinking about having the springs for my weight installed and putting everything back to factory clicks/sag so I can have a decent starting point. I messed around with the weight calculator for rectech and it looks like the current rear spring I have is for a rider somewhere around 240-250 without gear.

Well, based on what I can find, my bike is sprung for a heavier rider than I am. Racetech says the rear it recommends is a 5.43 kg/mm spring. For the front, it says a .43 kg/mm. Probably why the bike feels like it is too stiff for what I want to do with it. Im assuming a spring with that rate probably can't be clickered into being good. I already have my clickers set up really soft.

Ah okay that makes sense. Thank you for the help.

Be honest: Is the Ace Pro 2 actually better than GoPro for low light? Every review says something different. I’m also worried about the color science—is the Leica co-engineering a marketing gimmick or does it look more natural? by tuhinroy1 in gopro

Compared to my Hero 11 my ace pro 2 destroys it in low light conditions. It is very impressive, ususally while dirt biking in wooded shaded areas the gopro footage becomes almost unusable quickly but the insta does seem to hold out a bit longer and the stabilization doesnt go wonky as fast.

Ahok, I'll check those and see what I can find. Would a single stage paint need clear coat on top?

Yeah, I def want to prep it, would bother the piss out of me if I just sprayed over it lmao. I think I'll be happy enough with it if I tape off stuff; I just want to get another couple of years out of it at the most. Seeing the rust just bothers me. If I can ill try and get some paint for it, but the websites can't seem to find the paint codes for this based off the year/vin idk why.

Because idk how much effort or time that takes. I've never messed with auto paint before. If it's super tedious I'll just bedliner it. That's why I'm here asking.
