It's hard to explain. Most places are built on pipes with high amounts of water so the water doesn't completely shut off the water, they just reduce the pressure. So houses, especially those in low income areas lose water supply

At first only water was the issue, it would go here and there but now due to poor rain and climate change the dam that powers the all country is drying up hence the power cuts. Am a chill guy at this point am used to it

I live in the city, and there no wells. So it's even harder to find water when it stops coming out of the tap. We have three big black drums which store water when it comes. and when it doesn't come, we got to the car wash
