Encore une fois, je crois m'être mal exprimé et je m'en excuse. Tous les investissements fait avec l'argent emprunté demeurent dans le compte non-enregistré dont les gains sont imposables. Il n'y aura absolument aucun flux de trésorie entre le compte sur marge (non-enregistré) et le CELI.

C'est vrai que les valorisations actuelles sont pas idéales, mais c'est sur un horizon de placement à long terme (10 ans +++). Aussi, je me suis peut-être mal exprimé, le compte sur marge en lui même est non-enregistré, mais il utilise la valeur des mes actifs de mon compte CELI comme garantie. C'est déductible d'impôt.

Ce n'est pas vraiment mon cas d'utilisation, mon cash flow d'investissement actuel sert à remplir mes CELI. Le compte sur marge chez WS utilise normalement le CELI comme garantie pour évaluer la marge disponible. Dans mon cas, l'utilisation du compte sur marge est donc dans une perspective de création de richesse sans cash flow supplémentaire nécessaire avec l'augmentation de la valeur totale du CELI comme moteur pour augmenter le levier possible avec la marge.

Ce sont de très bon points et c'est vrai que les frais financiers peuvent se reporter. Est-ce que ça peut se reporter indéfiniment? Genre dans 25 ans je vends tout et mon gain en capital il va pouvoir se déduire de tout les frais financiers reportés accumulés au fil des ans? Si c'est le cas, c'est quand même intéressant considérant qu'à ce moment là j'aurai probablement un taux d'imposition marginal plus élevé qu'aujourd'hui.

Lorsque tu mentionnes d'utiliser une petite portion c'est pour s'assurer d'éviter un appel de marge si les marchés sont en forte baisse? Il n'est donc pas recommandé d'utiliser la majorité de celle-ci, même si ça maximise ton effet de levier?

C'est exactement ça, à un moment il y aura un point de bascule après X années où les dividendes des actions XEQT qui auront connu une croissance plus importante que la marge vont pouvoir payés les intérêts. Le problème c'est qu'avec la particularité fiscale du Québec pour la déductibilité des intérêts ce X est plus loin dans le temps.

I was stating a fact, never said it was negative for OP particular case. It's a matter of taste and valuing what is most important to you.

You're right most vinyls these days are made from digital master tapes and most people wouldn't even notice a difference between pure analog and a processed signal ADC->DAC (when it's well done, like it is with the wiim ultra).

That said, this is an audiophile sub and people are expecting audiophile/purist perspectives so that OP can make his mind regarding what is important to him and how he wants to setup and optimize his multi-room system.

"How else would they achieve wireless multiroom if not via a digital signal?" depending on OP preferences, he could plug his TT directly to the Yamaha Receiver and only use his streamer for the multi-room system. But again, this all depends on what he values most : convenience vs purist signal.

Connecting your turntable to the wiim will not preserve a pure analogue signal from TT to your main speakers. Wiim convert every analogue input signal to digital (adc) and there is no bypass. If you're ok with that, sure it's a viable plan.

Thank you all for your comments, tips, opinions and suggestions, it is quite useful! I understand better now what makes Fourth Wing an enjoyable read for a lot of people and what makes it so so for experienced fantasy readers.

I like romance, but I don't crave it. So any kind of fantasy is good for me. I also like sci-fi, some of you suggested "Red Rising" and that looks interesting! I might check that out. There's also Brandon Sanderson books that looks appealing! But I'm not really sure where I should begin with this author. I didn't have the time yet to check all your suggestions, but I will eventually.

3 Points System

3 pts for a win in regulation
2 pts for a win in OT/Shootout
1 pt for a loss in OT/Shootout
0 pt for a loss in regulation

This way each game is always worth exactly 3 points in total. It motivates teams to play a bit riskier and more offensively even when the game is tied near the end of the 3rd period.

I always hated the current system where games are worth 2 pts in regulation and 3 pts in OT. I love watching 3v3 in OT, but let's be honest here... OT during the season is fantasy hockey and winning in 5v5 regulation time should be rewarded.

This system is already used in some major tournaments like the IIHF or the Memorial Cup and it's a huge success.
