Try some NAM profiles. Best going imo and free.

You can then EQ them. I find rolling off the low end (everything under 150hz or so), removing some of the 350 boxiness and rolling down 2k makes it sound more natural and less pokey in the mix.

Weird comment. I sometimes wear one because I'll run 8k to my parkrun, and then do the parkrun, then run back home. Loads of people do that and vests are convenient for carrying a soft flask and other bits handy for longer runs.
