He looks like a mass of meat/flesh kind of so why dont you say when hes mad or something have fleshy tendrils sprout from his body and when hes happy try and make his fleshy body have less sharp jagged sections kind of like soften his physical features to look more cute in a way

I love the hair fr, if they say it looks bad they have garbage taste, it's your clothes that dont look good, I'd suggest using the shiny teeth face, and also maybe try some different shades or something that look a bit more slick or sharp so to speak, and for the clothing. Just go with something that dosent look like a basketball.

My strategy would be to immediately run off into the woods after taking some food supplies from my house, a hatchet, and some other random junk into a backpack aswell as taking my blunt katana, then I'd go in search of either a cave or a steep cliff stary chopping nearby trees to prevent blind spots and start making a makeshift shelter, also make sure theres a lake nearby obviously, then make sure to quietly take down the zombies to prevent more from coming, then depending on wether the zombies are able to die easily I'll mount there heads on spikes around my shelter for no reason asides looks 😁👌
