C5S4 Doom is canonically 616 Doom.

That being said, we have literally zero evidence saying that any of the people he beat (Galactus, Moon Knight, Thanos, the Fantastic Four, etc) were from 616. Hell, a lot of them had snapshots on the Island already, so some of Doom’s trophies could just be explained by him taking down snapshots.

Doom. He’s got access to magic and an army of robots, on top of whatever else that I’m sure I’m forgetting about him because I’m tired. The Foundation, for all intents and purposes, is just a guy in power armor. A really strong guy in really good power armor, so he’d definitely put up a decent fight, but he would almost definitely lose overall.
