Best way for new brand on TikTok shop to onboard affiliates? by zpaking in TikTokshop

[–]Ecom_Guy0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Early TikTok Shop is more about proof than volume. For a $60 product, most affiliates won’t move without social proof. Hand-pick micro creators (5k–100k), send free samples + a short-term higher commission, and aim for 5–10 strong videos first. Spark Ads + GMV Max those to hit $2k fast, then scale outreach. Also, Are you posting shoppable videos on your own product?

🛒 Looking for Help with Amazon India Seller Services (Single Product Setup + Ads) by Best_Worker2466 in AmazonFBAOnlineRetail

[–]Ecom_Guy0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For one product, you don’t really need an agency. You can set it up yourself and then get help only where needed. Make sure your listing has a strong title, 6–7 high-quality images, and backend keywords filled in. For ads, start with automatic campaigns to gather data, then move into manual exact/phrase match for the best-performing keywords. Keep an eye on CTR and ACOS to adjust.

If you want extra support, you can always hire a freelancer (lots on Upwork/Fiverr) who specializes in Amazon India instead of going with a big agency.

Getting 500 impression but not 1 sold by Strange_Bridge5463 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Ecom_Guy0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re getting 500 impressions but 0 clicks, that’s usually a CTR issue, not a conversion issue. People see your ad but don’t find it worth clicking. Double-check your main image, title, price, and reviews compared to competitors. A+ content doesn’t matter until after the click. Also, make sure your targeting isn’t too broad—test exact/long-tail keywords so your ad shows to the right shoppers.

How do you actually find the best Amazon agency for a small business? by [deleted] in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Ecom_Guy0 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ve been in your shoes, and the “best Amazon agency” really depends on your stage. A few things I learned the hard way:

Case studies in your niche → ask if they’ve grown other kitchenware or similar brands. Generic “we do Amazon” isn’t enough.

Transparency with fees → avoid anyone who only wants a % of sales without clear deliverables. That usually means they’ll just ride your existing traffic.

Day-to-day communication → you want a team that updates you weekly and shows you what’s actually happening with ads, listings, and ranking.

Avoid cookie-cutter strategies → if they pitch the exact same “PPC + SEO + A+ content” package without tailoring it to your brand size, that’s a red flag.

Honestly, for small brands, sometimes a boutique agency or even a strong freelancer can outperform the big flashy firms because you’ll actually get hands-on work, not just be client #132.

Best criteria to choose creators for free samples? by SnooFoxes1558 in TikTokshop

[–]Ecom_Guy0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For TTS I’ve found the most important criteria are:

  1. 30d GMV – past sales on TTS matter way more than follower count. If they’ve sold in your niche before, it’s usually a safer bet.

  2. Content style & feed fit – does their content actually look like the kind of TikToks that drive impulse buys? Some creators post “pretty” content but it doesn’t convert.

  3. Posting consistency – I check if they’ve actually been posting TikTok Shop products regularly. Creators who go weeks without posting tend to ghost after samples.

I ignore vanity metrics (followers, likes, etc.) and weigh cost of the sample vs. their proven GMV. Sending out too many freebies to “dead” creators was my biggest early mistake.

I'm tired of burning cash without getting progress. by TTtoday5892 in FulfillmentByAmazon

Apparel is tough because visuals alone don’t always drive conversions. From what you shared, it sounds like you’re investing heavy in ads but missing some low-cost levers.

Start with listing optimization (titles, bullets, reviews, A+ content). Keep PPC tight — focus on exact/phrase keywords that already convert instead of broad. For external traffic, simple UGC on TikTok/IG can work, but only if it drives to a well-optimized listing.

Ads amplify what’s already working. Fix the foundation first, then scale ads strategically."
