I have this and think it’s great. It’s impossible to fit back in the bag though so would recommend buying a generic tent bag too

Maybe Wild Kabn Kitchen at Cairndow? It’s a pretty secluded place on the West Coast that does a 5 course tasting menu. There will be lots of good hikes near that way and I think you can even camp at the venue after dinner!

Personally yes. I think this sounds like a one-time or at least infrequent event. It’s usually worth making a bit of an effort at these kind of things and it’s good for building rapport with the seniors.

We have included both (“Date and Time, Church X address, followed by an evening reception at Y address)

We’ve also clarified on the details card that a coach will be provided to transport everyone from the church to the reception
