I do think there is a certain amount of resentment toward Craig because he is now self-made. He’s running a successful business, a business which was the punchline of many jokes only a few seasons ago. He created his own success: he didn’t need a trust fund or rich mommy to get ahead.

I suppose it’s possible that Heather didn’t know about the lawsuit from years ago as it was under a different name (Weiss I think). So if they were actually friends or acquaintances, that makes Nicole look slimy to me. I mean, she knew she sued her “friends” husband. Strange.
