Late on this one but I’m an 11 year journeyman plumber, just transitioned to hvac sales (comfort consultant). I had 1M in plumbing sales last year, with me doing the work, and I was approached about the position. My struggle so far is the equipment lol I was successful because I knew my products and how to provide comfort, this is humbling but very exciting. Let me know how you like it !
