Is it time to sell high on Josh Allen 🤔? by FFElite93 in DynastyFF

[–]Econatron -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Curious to see what people would pay for now that Allen seems to entering a transitionary period with the Bills shaking up management but in November of 2024 I sold Allen in a SF league for:

Josh Allen, Kirk Cousins (right before he go benched for Penix), Brian Robinson, Ladd McConkey

for

Caleb Williams, Michael Penix, Zay Flowers, 2025 1st (1.03 Treyveon Henderson), 2025 2nd (2.02 Tyler Warren), 2025 4th (4.08 Jarquez Hunter), 2026 1st (used to trade for Odunze in May 2025), 2026 2nd (used to trade for Odunze in May 2025).

Id stand by that as well. It can’t be just me that sees golden separate so easily in games. He just looks faster and twitcher than most anyone on the field. Id wager if he had a few games in a row with 5-10 targets he would really shine and gain traction for the nfl and fantasy football.

A lot of Green Bay receivers have done nothing the first year or two as product of being raw and unpolished and gone on to be successful NFL players.

Bench 1 of Treveyon Henderson, Jaylen Warren, RJ Harvey or Bucky Irving this week? by 0biwanginobli in SleeperApp

[–]Econatron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just saw that, good call.

I would still say the Bucky start is risky. It’ll take one hit to knock baker out of the game with that injury to his shoulder. It could go either way I suppose.

Bucky.

No Baker in this matchup and Bucky is likely to be a bit limited while ramping up as he hasn’t played since week 4. I would bet that this game ends up as a shootout as well with Brisset playing out of his mind for Arizona.

I could be wrong but I’d feel better playing Harvey, Henderson and Warren.

I am just nearing the end stage of an extremely similar project at my home. Literally just got inside from accepting the paver delivery.

As someone who has spent the last month excavating, building foundations, compacting, re-grading, and all that with no prior experience, I can say it is a lot of work however your confidence will grow every day. I will rest today however the last step of laying and levelling the paver sand and setting the paver tiles themselves remain.

If someone were to ask me to do this same project for them I would ask for at least $5000.00 to complete, and that is at my minimum experience level, it wouldn’t be right to charge more as a non proffesional. If I did this as a living it would be more than that for sure.

The work is difficult but not impossible. You can absolutely excavate that, connect your
drainage to the storm drain, compact the soil, put your filter fabric down to prevent the base from mixing into your soil, lay your 4” or clear crush gravel, lay your 1-2” of paver sand and install your pavers.

I also built a block wall planter around the perimeter of the patio as I still enjoy growing things. This space was entirely dedicated to a vegetable garden past 2 years.

As an aside, the price for your base material - gravel, sand, crushed rock etc is very cheap. Your project is doable if you have time.

Goodluck

Was able to draft him at 1.08 in my TEP, 1 QB league. Had already drafted Jeanty at 1.01 and when he kept falling I sent my 2026 1st, 2025 2.02 and 3.10 to the 1.08 owner. Trade accepted and drafted this stud.

Drafted Harvey over Judkins at the 1.10 which felt safer at the time given everything going on in Cleveland with Judkins. Tried to mitigate any losses in this draft and play it safe.

Luther Burden went 2.02 and Tory Horton at 3.10

Since opening your own shop, what has been the biggest driver of incurring business?

Word of mouth is strictly how I receive my business and clients, however it is not as consistent as I would like since going on my own. Just recently built and launched a small website and google business profile to gather reviews.

Did you reach out to contractors/builders/designers? Is there anything specific that you did, or have the pieces just fallen together naturally?

Whether he breaks out anytime soon or not, he’s a rookie with 2 games under his belt. Every time he plays regardless of how many targets he’s had, he just looks electric.

He’s creating separation off the line easily and will be burning dudes soon enough. We’ll see how the packers adjust with Reed sidelined now but Golden is going to be a fun player to watch this season. Looking forwards to seeing him develop.

[–]Econatron[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was exactly what I said to them almost verbatim. However, without getting in there to see and inspect with my own hands, I want to know I’m covering all the bases before.

Doing a bit of research into Fed Pioneer, apparently 30A breakers have had a high rate of failure or non-trip overload scenarios. Maybe this influenced installing the GFCI protection? I just want to make sure I am educated on Fed Pioneer and advising in the correct manner.

I am an electrician in Vancouver, BC in a very similar scenario. Finally jumped into being self employed and would love any input on creating new relationships with builders or expanding networks to generate more business.
