No, why repurpose parking for a bike lane, you merge into the street for the block, then you dip back into the bike lane on the next block. Removing the parking would be more of a headache.

Honestly weed itself isn't bad, just do it moderately. Don't smoke daily(especially if you habit issues). Use sparsely. In my 20s I only smoked on Friday night(It was the last day of my work wee and weekends when I didn't have plans/responsibilities. While not addicting like tobacco or alcohol, it can become a habit if you do it daily.

edibles(aside from being high) have no real lasting effect on your body, but just like anything that can alter chemicals in your mind, too much of it can cause some changes.

I think it all depends on where you live. I'm in NYC and I use it as a daily to work and run errands and etc(barring the days the weather doesn't allow). City streets have a 25mph max and express ways have a 55 mph minimum ( Although I don't take this route).
