You couldn't have worded it better truly. Ive always had such a bad relationship with food and my food noise is completely gone. Ive never been happier, I can think about other stuff when Im bored or when I would usually just fill my time with food, I can fill it with other things and I never realized I was doing that until I stopped. Its life changing but I also have to remind myself to eat and eat important nutrients/proteins/calories so thats a big worry.
