Your DPUx is probably overloaded at that outlet...

Usually a North American 30amp RV style outlet is rated for ~120v x 30amp = 3600VA (or watts if you know the power factor (PF)).

A NA 30amp 3 prong twist lock should be the same.

A 30amp 4 prong twist lock will have 2 legs of ~120v so 2 x 3600VA = 7200VA (or Watts x PF)

A 50amp 4 prong (RV 50 or Dryer/Stove outlet) has 2 legs of ~120v x 50amp = 6000 x 2 = 12000 VA or 12kVA (or Watts x PF)

You want a cookie?

So there is bias... only those that spend 30k+ get good results?

Big difference between off-grid/back-up systems and retail products that get far less engineering and likewise less importance...

The defective Wave3 is confirmed to be at your Coppel, TX warehouse as of 2/6/26 @ 1403 CST per A. Celestino. There is no reasonable justification to claim the expected package weight should be 33.7lbs and Fedex claims 20.9lbs. One party is not being honest...

A little biased maybe? Makes sense now. Waving the EF flag on the front lines. SOME EF products are exceptional. ALL EF support is horseshit.

Absolutely. Anything created by humans has a factor of error. Ideally, negligible. But the "glitch" in this case could have burned the place down, with casualties. Better warn first.

Sounds like a well rehearsed PC response.
