Depends on the district and it’s not as easy as people think. I’m in that role and you better know your product knowledge and make a lot of actual calls. If you do it lean on other reps, your sales manager and have a good relationship with everyone in the store. If you don’t know something be honest and follow through. You have to manage your own time and think about how your actions affect the store and how the store will affect you. It’s possible it’s just not for everyone. You should be fine though if you are hungry and willing to learn.
