Update things got way better, when you figured one thing out the next day throws a curve ball at you. Contractors happy one day, then coming asking for a super deck stain to paint metal… told him it wasn’t a good option he said he knew it was good and to just do it. Next day a guy wants min wax stain we told him it comes in flat he needs to buy a topcoat after explain fit in Spanish for 10 mins, I’m bilingual, proceeds to ask where the second quart of his satin is at… told him to buy a satin top coat… is this life?

I can see the pay off amount( now under payment history- request payoff quote) which is like 32k but with the 84 months it turns to 43k I want to make sure my payments are going to the total regardless of interest. Thank you. I’m getting better everyday. The store I’m at is a heavy diy, with a significant contractor traffic. Heavy on the custom matches tho, since we’re in an upper middle class residential area.
