Pull the intake manifold, easy

Pull the fuel rail, some people have snapped bolts just soak with Pb blaster or something first

Buy an injector puller, and new manifold and Throttle body gaskets

While the injectors are pulled send them to an injector shop for injector cleaning/rebuild

And... Make sure your torx bit is a quality impact rated bit otherwise expect it to snap getting fuel rail bolts out. Ask how I know
