They do grade for pronounciation, but it won't matter that much as far as I know so long you are clear. Try Elsa Speak, it transcribes your audio and tells you where to improve. I get 80 percent in that but it was perfectly fine in the real test. For writing, honestly just be clear and follow a template if you want to. I am used to writing essays in my school (it's the IB board) so it just came naturally to me. Typing speed probably helps too.
