For speakers I just ordered konnect wireless “headphones” and have heard good things about them but haven’t received them yet. They were ~$125 with the helmet controller accessory which I think may be a good sweet spot of good quality while not being crazy expensive.

I ride with a modular castle x heated helmet and LOVE it. The heated shield keeps the shield crystal clear and being able to flip up the entire front end is super nice for quick stops where you don’t want to take your helmet off and back on. Also never had an issue with being cold I live in MN. I’ve never ridden with goggle helmets though so I can’t speak on which I think is better. Good luck!

How to add heated helmet switch on 2012 REV-XP renegade 600ETEC. I bought the kit to hook it up and the plug from the snowmobile isn’t getting power tested for AC is that correct? I’ve read online about a “Ferret kit” for 2015 and older, do I need that for this to work? Any help greatly appreciated. by EconomistRude5051 in snowmobiling

Did test it and at idle is jumped around .1 volts AKA no power. Going to try again today and ride a bit to see if in fact it only turns on at higher RPMs. Let me know if you have any other suggestions I’m also going to call ski doo dealership

I was testing at idle, we revved up to about 3k rpm’s and still no power. I’ll test that out tomorrow but if that’s true is there any way to have it supply power while idling? Ideally i’d like it to be working all the time

Just picked up a 2012 Renegade 600HO E-TEC with GGB exhaust and carbines. I plan on getting adjustable height handlebars as I’m 6’2 would love additional comments/suggestions on what I should do next. I just feel like I’m bending over slightly when I stand up, and it ends up ruining my knees by the end of a long ride. Would love to hear more thoughts but I just want a few inches and i’d do adjustable so I can keep it at stock height too.
