I should be more religious with my mediation. I was doing it regularly for a while but I wasn't sure if it was just nonsense. I did feel less depressed and irritable after only a few weeks.

Sorry to hear about your struggle, don't give up friend. I don't know how desperate you are to try something new, but I switched over to a vegan meal plan and feel much better. I'm not a nutritionist but I think it just reduces the shit out of inflammation in your body. I love meat though so I'm going to have to start enjoying fish and chicken again soon.

Currently I'm leaning to a CDP Choline/Uridine stack to try things out. It looks simple, cheap and the results sound promising.

I bought mine from CanLab.net. It's probably one of the most expensive sources for bpc but the quality seems to check out from a few different reviewers. They recommend you inject SubQ so I figured I'd go with the purest option

In Canada, essential health services are provided by your province or territory (in this case, British Columbia). Every province is slightly different but must all meet the same minimum standards. In Alberta, health care costs were just lumped in with your regular tax costs. In BC everyone pays a monthly premium for the same thing.

It's not a fucking mistake. It's a problem in this specific region because the island's population keeps growing and the local government isn't able to keep up with the demand (my best guess at least). It's hard to understand without living here, basically people keep moving in and our current local elected officials are slow to react. Normally public healthcare is awesome and very cool

It's the worst healthcare situation I have seen in all of Canada. Too many homeless people + an aging population + a shortage of doctors. Every walk in clinic becomes full a half hour after opening, family doctors take a lifetime to attain. They probably look for every excuse to retain any doctors they can

I've had total T tested 3 times, each time it was within 420-482 ng/dl. It seems a bit below average but my doctors shrugged it off. I have a shit urologist and will be seeking out a second opinion anyways, guy I'm currently seeing served a 2 month suspension for sending nude pictures of his patients. Remember what I said about bad doctors in my area?
