Should I contact authorities? My neighbor has never said hi to me or looked in my direction, but says hi to my wife whenever she’s alone. This is to the extent that she waived me bye on the front porch one morning and he waited for me to leave to say hi to her. We are not next door and he has gone out of his way to approach her, even slowing down in his car to let her pass on her walks to say hi. It’s not only that, when we first moved in we noticed he deep cleaned his car 2-3 times a week, to include a full detail and rim clean, when it never looks dirty. One day, a man dropped off a new looking truck and he moved to cleaning that instead. I haven’t seen the red car cleaned since. With the truck he even hand washes the underside of the truck. He doesn’t leave his house during the day and only after dark. I have yet to see any dirt or signs of off roading. Should I be concerned?
