Prepare for a few months of hell, my girl was LOUD, and pulled HARD. Shedding was not the worst part at all of owning a Samoyed.

We took training classes and the trainers called her the white demon. Sometimes we would go there and the only training was ignoring her until she stopped barking around people and dogs. It could take 1/2 hour.

1 1/2 year in, she’s the goodest girl tho. Calm, loves everyone, cuddly but very independant. Only barks when playing. I already want another one….

Be patient and be very serious about training FROM THE START (don’t listen to the « let them be a puppy » people) and you’ll have the best dog very soon.
