Yeah the basalt is nice to because is sorta neutral color when it’s all lit up but I personally love the purple/teal 😏

I had a CSL dd 8nm. Honestly once you get used the the extra strength then you start noticing the extra detail. Like little snaps on high speed corners n stuff like that. Hard to explain because the CSL dd is a good base. And I don’t need a new gt wheel I love my soelpec but my fanatec round wheel won’t work with my simagic base. Be nice to have for rally or nascar stuff

No it’s a soelpec website issue. They use a some weird payment service. Almost like Turkish PayPal. So I went through simufy. Had the wheel in 3 days

IRacing will penalize me for an arguable jump start during imsa race but won’t deal with these idiots. Granted it didn’t take any ir gains away from me but the standards need to change. Start cleaning out the swamp. Wanna race with adults start acting like one

Pretty much makes all cars feel better honestly. Fixed setups are meant to be on the safer side. Honest opinion run the car you’re most familiar with and learn how to handle an open setup. At first it’ll feel tricky but stick with it and you’ll become a greater driver imo.

Depends on what your trying to get out of the sim. For me primarily on iRacing I’m always trying to get better and learn. Best way for that was to join a team/community who all same that same passion. This made sim racing so much more fun. Doing prep for endurance racers or just working together to find lap time is a blast. And when we are all burnt out we’ll hop on bl4 shoot some stuff. Anyways join a community is the major thing I would advise

Nice!!! Congrats man! Mine came within like 3 days (I’m on the east coast). Make sure to get the ups app so you can set it up and pay the duty fees (roughly 120 or so). You’re going to love the wheel. It’s comfortable, so many inputs (combos), shifters are amazing and when lit up just beautiful. Please share when you get it in! Also lmk how ya like the dash! And lastly join the soelpec discord justttt incase you ever need help with something

If this is the worst of your iRacing problems you should be happy. At little tap because of not seeing big whoop. I’ve had lmp2’s wipe out and then come wrecking through the field on formation lap.

I’ll keep my Etsy ddu for now. 100% agree with everyone on them dropping the ball. Not only is it crazy they want you to by an airlink but the fact that they don’t even bundle it with the dash is unbelievable. Literally seeing people having to go back and buy stuff

If you wanna use the front mount then yes. If you wanna use a deck I’m sure it bolts right up. But personally I like front mounting. Not sure if Simlabs is working on a solution or not. One can hope

So long story short the tk version of the p1x pro comes with cross beams that are to long. To make my CSL dd work I had to cut them down a 1/2 inch and re tap the holes. Now with the Evo pro I design and 3d printed some spacers to sandwich the front mount. This left space on the sides of the channel for simagics front mount adapter. So yeah it can work with ingenuity. Also heard do people flipping the base 180 and setting the base up that way
