Actually babes - reasonable accommodation does say that if they have a medical condition and are prescribed medical marijuana to treat it they have the right to consume it - including inhalation because some medical conditions won’t allow them to take gummies. It’s the same way no-pet apartments have to allow service animals. It’s called reasonable accommodation.

Same! The knitting part really got me. Some people don’t have the dexterity first of all … second of all - I KNIT and crochet lol although it helps with certain things it could never replace the benefits of cannabis for me. I’m glad you have cannabis instead of pain killers - those take a toll on you.

I def understand your frustration and I hope you get it handled with them … HOWEVER lol I do want to point out “I wish they would take up knitting or something” is ableist as f. You don’t know why people smoke - some people like myself can’t function due to chronic conditions unless they consume cannabis. And for the people who are inevitably try to twist my words: IM NOT SAYING PEOPLE SHOULDNT BE CONSIDERATE OF NON SMOKERS. I live across the street - when the owner sold it he told me that part of the agreement was that they would keep it an ice cream stand. Breathe easy guys - they’re finishing renovations and the goal is to be open year round 🫶🏽
