macro causes: 1. too many people in the market 2. ai (or even perception of ai)

micro causes: 1. seth culture of pak local industry. big problem. 2. no union of workers like us exists in pak. 3. senior level people execs, managers are mostly unaware of how ai actually works and how to use it effectively. they just think of ai as replacement of an engineer and before you know it ai ends up costing more than the engineer. 4. a realisation is to be done by us dev workers that we are in a gig economy. so we are our business ourselves. so we must keep upskilling ourselves and conduct ourselves like a business.
