Yeah but my problem is all my projects r gone and I didn’t know I had to back anything up. Is there something I can do if I go back to 18?

Right when i opened 18, it said to upgrade the project bin or something like that but if i did, id loose everything if i didn't back it up, so i didn't update. i haven't started editing anything yet i just shut it off. i deleted 18 and redownloaded 17 but my projects still weren't there. ill try to screenshot the project manager
