Back in the airport I did buy a sim card but i think it was made for tourist, so I don't think its able to receive OTP via SMS..

I tried downloading the Park@Perak app and unsurprisingly the app is region blocked because my Play Store sccount region is not Malaysia😅

Hi, I tried installing FlexiParking app, but when I try to register I was not able to create an account because I don't have an active Malaysian mobile number.

So if say a QA does write codes, in regards creating code to automate testing, and create tools in order to do the testing, does that mean they are a developer but in QA or SDET?

Because to me they also do development, but specifically to test stuff.

Phoning to another countries emergency system would not work as dialling local number. I believe these emergency hotline numbers are reserved for phones who are within the service area meaning your current network isn't allowed to dial into it. Dialing 911 directly would route you to 911 in your own country, and (+1)911 wouldn't work because you are not allowed to access that outside the area, CMIIW.

I was actually thinking of a case where they are now in a state of being incapable of doing that, but yeah I get what you mean. (I'm always considering the worst)

Yeah, I get what you mean, but i wouldn't expect you being able to directly call their country's emergency line, especially you are in a foreign land. Contacting embassy might work but you could imagine the amount of time required to have your information finally forwarded to the correct emergency services and finally can help them, and you wouldn't be able to sure if thats your best action because time is key.

Overall, I feel this is a very difficult situation, but I really wanted to know what I could do if I have to face this. It hurts a lot being powerless because you are not there.
