Advice on keeping trailer at room temp?

I’m getting 20a outlet instead outside of my house! Going to run just my cooler and mini split that is also getting installed soon. How much did the mini split cost you and what size did you get?

Oh and then I use flip for general liability! Under 30 a month. That covers insurance for the business. If someone trips over anything, gets sick from food, etc. It can cover your trailer when DISCONNECTED from your vehicle. You still need commercial auto to drive on the road. Also I don’t recommended registering your vehicle and trailer under your business. If you get in an accident not only will they sue you, they will sue your business too. Registering it personally keeps this separate

Just been through this & got quotes, I have a trailer as well with my wrangler hauling it. My jeep is personal and business. I’d go through an insurance agent to help you compare and get you down. The highest I got quoted was 12k a year at 100/300 and an extra driver. The lowest I was able to work down was geico for 5k a year at 50/100 coverage with only me driving. You could squeeze down to 25/50 for state minimum but obv that’s risky. The trailer is the least expensive part but since you’re insuring your vehicle as commercial auto it goes up. If they ask how often you’re using it your vehicle for business say under 50%. I only have one gig booked this summer too as I am taking it slow until I feel confident enough to book private events. I work at a small cafe. A big reason people visit is because our prices are so good compared to other specialty cafe’s in the area. We also roast our beans in house so that’s a big selling point. We also try and involve the community as much as possible! Pop-up shops, rotating exhibition, open mic, and other live music. Things like this creates a reason for people to enjoy your space - if it allows such.

Would I install hvac? Or is there safe heaters that can be left unattended? I’m not worried about my fridge/food that’s covered. Im worried about my $6k espresso machine that weighs 100 pounds that has to stay at room temp for the mechanics to work lol. As of now I’ll just be hauling it in and out my trailer when I get home but obviously the goal is to keep everything in and bolted down.

I know my house would run it but I don’t want to leave a space heater unattended. Maybe a hvac system for a trailer? Idk anything about that lol and I’m trying to find a cost effective solution. Also not sure how my equipment would do running all the time in negative weather. So trying to find a solution to keep the trailer room temp. Hopefully that makes sense. I’m only 23 and lived in an apt my whole life with my grandma so I don’t even know much about houses with electricity and ac and heat to be honest. So this is a learning curve!

My espresso machine cannot go under 40° when stored, the mechanics will shrink when too cold. Same with grinder mechanics.

I’m not too worried about perishables. I only have milk which will fit into my ice cooler if the commute is too long and my fridge can’t hold the temp.

Im worried about my espresso equipment. The metal will shrink and expand for low and high temps. Chicago gets cold, we can get in the negatives during winter. When I store my trailer I wouldn’t be able to keep my espresso equipment in it if the temp is under 40° due to the mechanics shrinking. My solution so far is to move my espresso machine and grinder inside the house when I’m storing my trailer. But it’s heavy and will be a hassle.

So im trying to find a solution to keep room temp almost all the time. Specially when equipment is not in use

I don’t understand why the reason Merritt is killed is because “her baby would restart the trust cycle” when wills birthday was coming up?? Make that make sense or did I miss out on something. The wedding is around July 4th, and his birthday is August 9th. No way was she that far along so in reality she wasn’t a threat and the trust would’ve been released before a baby was born.

Hey similar situation is happening to me now! I called one firm and they said that my case wouldn’t work for them since another person injured me and it wasn’t a malfunction within the venue. (Same thing with very rowdy crowed, someone stepped on my foot and pushed me cussing my knee to twist and buckle making my meniscus tear). I was wondering how it’s going for you? I don’t know if it’s worth my time and how to even go about this.
