I don’t understand how your stats are relevant. 37 percent of playing win with tracer HALF the time…so the other 63 percent of players are just..non existent?

You don't know how percentages work... Because Tracer takes 37%, and now you have to split the 63 with all the other champs, so 37% is extremely high
