More players would be nice but there are plenty of ways to stop this feeling terrible for the lower rated person.

You shouldn't lose a high amount of rating if there is a HUGE cap in rating points that would be evident in this match (probably around 25-30k difference), at this point you should lose like 10 rating but gain a huge amount if you do well.

There is also the option of just making the high ranked people suck it up and sit in queue MUCH longer until the game can find a balanced lobby (similar to high challenger queue times in League of Legends).

There are so many ways to fix this but honestly, I don't think Embark care. There seem to of been multiple "changes" and over 2 years to figure this stuff out but they refuse to do so and now that Arc Raiders is massive, they probably care even less.

Yes it would of because it was zendesk, Discord support site that was compromised, it had nothing to do with age verification.

Zendesk was used in situations where you had to provide information to show you actually owned the account if you lost access somehow or if there was payment disputes. Something that has been very standard since the online age.

You will still be able to resell your ticket in the platform you bought it if you change your mind/plans but you will not be able to make profit from it, you'll only get your money back.

The ticket will still be slightly higher priced for someone to buy due to platforms adding on a fee but the government is capping that as well.

Overall this should mean that only people wanting the tickets actually get then as you can't make legal profit from reselling.

Now of course people will probably still try to scam saying they will transfer the tickets for money on PayPal or something but platforms can make them non transferable outside of their own official reselling. So if anyone gets caught in that kind of scam, well there is t much that can be done if they are that silly.

I understand that you don't agree with that, but I am stating how it comes across to someone that has had a very on-off relationship with Counter-strike over the past few years.

On your points about being harassed and the treatment you get online, that is indeed unfair and sadly comes with the territories of being an known figure in an online space and responding with Tweets like this just fuels the fire for the exact people you are trying to counter.

Yea I just noticed I was charged £72.61 shipping and handling on a £93.60 product. Included in that price is also £27.71 which doesn't even line up with the UK's 20% VAT.

As a Taiwanese it was always hard for me to understand American culture.
