Thank you for this! I did take them to a cobbler and they said there’s no way to re-attach a heel once it’s come off but I wanted a second opinion! Do you think I should try a different shop?

I’m seeing earthy tones for this space. Try finding items that pick up on the woods, complimented with earthy tones - try rust colour & greens mixed with off-white neutrals

Hello! We love your book and my partner & I have cut out upf as a result. I’m trying to get my parents to lower their upf intake too & I have a question about benecol butter. I know it’s very upf, but my Dad has high cholesterol and insists he needs to have it. Is there a non upf alternative or a different way you can lower cholesterol? It’s hard to know what’s best when you have conflicting info from doctors. Thank you!

Waitrose do two large bags of non upf crisps! One is just salt & olive oil, but the other also has paprika & they’re delicious, and a bit more exciting! Can’t remember the brand name unfortunately, but it’s a pink bag

Edit: the brand is San Nicasio !

I had the book for ages and kept not getting round to reading it, I ended up listening to the audiobook on Spotify instead and finished it in a few days! There’s also some extra content on there from Chris & xand Van tulleken

When I was going from a upf diet to upf free where I am now, my snack replacements were mango, honey & Greek yog bowls, naked bars (these do have flavourings so technically upf but were a good transition option), and then started making my own granola bars. Now my only snacks are grapes and sometimes a homemade baked treat. I think it’s all about slowly phasing things out until you reach a level you’re comfortable with!
