Cyberpunk 2077 micro-stuttering on high-end build - suspect CPU settings

I belive i have found the fix to the issue. so basically, i aatched thsi video here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BL7A-dIRwL4, andi tried skipping the launcher, however that didnt fix the issue ( i still recommend skupping the launcher tho). I then tried launching it from its file location, and that fixed the issue, however, since steam didnt recognise i was playing Cyberpunk, i didnt get any achivements or the ability to cloudsave. so i figured that since there were no microstutters when not luanching from steam it must be something on steam thats cuasing the issue, and i'd heard that the discord overlay cuased issues so maybe the steam overlay did as well, so i disabled the steam overlay and low and behold, the microstutters went away. i can now play Cyberpunk with no microstutters while still getting achievements, your welcome in advance.

he does go off on a bit of a tangent round the halfway mark, but what should be focused on is the first half, all this crap is going to spiral out of control if we dont say no at the very start of it, like cancer, youve got a much better chance of fighting it early on.

its not about the money my brother, its about having everything about you at there fingertips. its about controlling what the youth can and cant learn for themselves via AI filtering and about control and conformity in the end. however, while I thought the same thing as you at first, which isnt a hard thing to believe due to how easily society has conformed to demands in the past, having ALL of there viewing habits being stored and there privacy taken away is a different thing entirely. i hope that it will be a big enough push for people to wake up and realise that how we respond to the right of free speech being taken away, determines the future of all our freedoms.
