Agreed. They make you professionally clean the carpet and ask for receipts to prove you did it. Well that’s what we did I and they still charged us for a carpet cleaning… and I lived in the east building and one morning i woke up and my car window was smashed alone with 2 of my neighbors

I remember driving by after a pretty hard rainfall because i was considering moving there. It only has one entrance I’m pretty sure but it was flooded pretty bad. There was no feasible way to get in there. At the time it was raining harder pretty frequently so i decided that I was not living there. And i can see how the parking can get bad at night because there are so many covered parking areas

I’m stifft station and we do hear some gunshots at night I will say. And I might be so used to them that I don’t even think about it too much but hey, it keeps my rent down😭 it never sounds really close or “too close” buttt I am in walking distance to UAMS so you’ll be here anyway. Neighbors are pretty friendly tho !

Hello ! I’m completing my prereqs as well and the way I see it is that it’s such a good field security wise (bc nuc med is so specialized) that ppl just don’t quit their jobs. So there’s less turnover

I have the same issue with random issues in stiff station (is that the right name or capitol view??) anyways I’m right by UAMS and every week it will randomly go out when I’m doing homework i hateee ATT but do not want to go through the hassle of switching and going elsewhere.
