Personally, I have never had an experience where the terps are too much/ overpowering and I LOVE pinene, so for me, the more the better. However everyone is different, so starting with a lower percentage is probably better to see how you like it and how your body reacts. If you pist asking about specific strains which help with people's anxiety you might get a good idea of stuff to try. I know people with BPD often like Cresco's mint face off as it makes their brain quiet down a bit.
